All orders are shipped with tracking.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Portugal ans Spain: 3–5 business days. Core EU: 4–6 business days. Extended EU: 5–8 business days. Express (all EU): 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Some remote areas may take a little longer.

Delivery Issues

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll reach out by email. You can choose to have it reshipped (additional shipping charges may apply) or receive a refund for the products, excluding the original shipping cost.
