How long does delivery take?

Every order is packed by hand in Lisbon, Portugal, and shipped with
tracking across the EU. Delivery times depend on your country:

  • Portugal & Spain (Iberia) → 3–5 business days
  • Core EU (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg) → 4–6 business days
  • Extended EU (Nordics, Eastern & Southern Europe) → 5–8 business days

Express delivery is available for all countries:

  • Portugal and Spain → 1-2 business days
  • Core EU → 1-3 business days
  • Extended EU → 1-3 business days

All parcels are shipped with tracking, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Send it to me, or straight to her?

Either. At checkout, enter your own address if you want to hand it over yourself, or hers if you want it to arrive at her door.

Can I add a message?

Yes. There is a note field in the cart, write what you'd like on the card and we will add it inside the box.

Returns


You can return anything within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Write to info@snaileme.com and we will send you the return address.

Return postage is yours, but we refund the standard shipping you paid.

Two things cannot come back: sealed items like soaps once they are opened, and gift cards.

Once your return reaches us, the money goes to your original payment method within 14 days.
