Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Portugal (EU) with tracked delivery.
Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver to the EU member states only: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal. Delivery times depend on your country:
- Portugal & Spain (Iberia) → 3–5 business days
- Core EU (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg) → 4–6 business days
- Extended EU (Nordics, Eastern & Southern Europe) → 5–8 business days
Express delivery is available for all countries:
1–3 business days (depending on the destination).
All parcels are shipped with tracking, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping rates depend on your country and order total:
- Portugal & Spain (Iberia) → Standard tracked shipping €5 / Free for orders over €60
- Core EU (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg) → Standard tracked shipping €7 / Free for orders over €75
- Extended EU (Nordics, Eastern & Southern Europe) → Standard tracked shipping €10 / Free for orders over €100
If you need your order faster, we also offer Express tracked shipping:
- Portugal & Spain: €15 (1–2 business days)
- Core EU: €17 (1–3 business days)
- Extended EU: €25 (1–3 business days)
All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking link once your package is dispatched.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes. After adding items to your cart, open it and leave a note in the Order special instructions field. If you’d like to include a handwritten message on the postcard that comes with every gift, write your message there as well. At checkout, simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address.
We’ll take care of the rest and make sure your gift feels personal
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can help. Email us within 2 hours of placing the order and we’ll do our best.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item. We’ll sort it out quickly.
Returns and exchanges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. No customs duties within the EU.Changed your mind? You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
