Our shipping rates depend on your country and order total:

• Portugal and Spain (Iberia) → Standard tracked shipping €5 / Free for orders over €50
  
• Core EU (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg) → Standard tracked shipping €7 / Free for orders over €75
  
• Extended EU (Nordics, Eastern & Southern Europe) → Standard tracked shipping €10 / Free for orders over €100
  

If you need your order faster, we also offer Express tracked shipping:

• Portugal and Spain: €15 (1–2 business days)
  
• Core EU: €17 (1–3 business days)

All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking link once your package is dispatched.

Every order is packed by hand in Lisbon, Portugal, and shipped with tracking across the EU. Delivery times depend on your country:

Yes. After adding items to your cart, open it and leave a note in the Order special instructions field. If you’d like to include a handwritten message on the postcard that comes with every gift, write your message there as well. At checkout, simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address.

Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change or cancel your order before it ships. Orders are usually packed within 1-2 business days.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item. We’ll sort it out quickly.

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item.
